Dylan completed his walk last Saturday in memory of his greyhound Forest Gump to raise funds for the RGT branch.Jenny arranged for three hounds to keep him company on the walk : Shaun, Silver & Bluebell. To date the Just Giving page stands at £503.00 - So a massive thanks to everyone who supported him, in particular to Terry Brown who, as promised has topped up his donation because Dylan walked with a hound.
When we add the amount that Norah McEllistrim collected on the Gala night from her owners group who kindly donated, and also a further cheque from a generous supporter, the total stands at £688.00 which is absolutely amazing.
Dylan and his family will be coming down to our dog show on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May, and a cheque presentation will take place in the ring at lunchtime.

We believe the key to successful re-homing of a greyhound lies in matching the right dog to the right family. If you are thinking of taking on a pet please consider a greyhound: loyal, loving, graceful and full of personality.

Max & Maisie jpg We are based in the beautiful countryside of Twineham, West Sussex. The new kennels that we occupy were purpose built by us in March 2005. We gained financial backing from the national RGT and Corals Brighton & Hove Greyhound Stadium, both of which we are extremely grateful to, as without them it would never have happened. The kennels can hold 32 dogs for homing, but realistically we have about 29 at any one time. We have two outside fields that the dogs are continually turned out in throughout the course of the day. We also have some reliable and trusted dog walkers who take the dogs out along local bridleways. The dogs are generally housed in pairs for company, if we have enough dogs we will always do this.   read more.....
